People Operations Specialist

 

SKF’s People Experience Operations Centre in Poznan was established during the fall of 2023. The team is growing and we’re now looking for our next addition to our team. We handle employee processes and requests, and we collaborate with colleagues locally and across the EMEA region.

 

What you can expect in this role 

  • Maintain employee data in local and global systems ensuring consistent data quality
  • Make recommendations for process improvements and innovations to drive efficiency
  • Support with PX analytics and reporting
  • Take part in PX transformation projects

 

We expect you to have 

  • Academic degree
  • Experience in HR, Finance, Payroll, or equivalent is advantageous
  • Experience working with Office 365 and HCM systems
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Preferably also skills in other languages such as German, French, Italian, or Swedish

 

You will enjoy working here if

  • You have a can-do mindset, easily collaborate with others, and a desire to learn

Some additional information   

The position holder will be based in SKF’s office in Poznan and will report to the Head of PX Services EMEA, who is based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
