People Operations Specialist – Nordic
(focused on Global Mobility processes)

In order to follow the new operating model, we are developing our PX Operations Hub for Europe & Africa, located in Poznan.
This position focuses on the Global Mobility processes and, as a part of PX Operations Team Nordic, you will:
- Manage long-term, mid-term, and short-term international assignments locally, including collaboration with relocation vendors
- Handle Global Graduates - on Rotation from and to Sweden
- Act as support to managers or People Business Enablers/HR Partners who are considering hiring an employee from abroad for local employment in Sweden
- Handle work permit processes (preparing documentation for the relocation vendor that manages the actual application)
- Manage taxes and social security contributions in cooperation with Payroll and the Finance department
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations for internationally assigned employees and business travelers
- Be a contact partner for Sweden towards Group Global Mobility experts
- Be a contact partner to our partners regarding Tax and Relocation services
- Handle internal communication related to global mobility matters
- Manage employee data in local and global systems and meet Service Level Agreements
- Monitor and update HR documentation when required
- Take care invoicing and invoice handling
- Continuously improve ways of working
We expect you to have
- University degree in Human Resources, or equivalent experience, and good knowledge of Swedish labor law and work environment regulations
- Has experience of qualified HR work, preferably within international assignments
- Has strong communication skills and can express themselves well in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing
- Good knowledge in Swedish Social Security System, Occupational Pension, Tax and in the area of Migration to and from Sweden
- General good knowledge on how Sweden work as a country, laws and regulations
- Good knowledge about the area around our sites in Sweden
- Have an experience from working in SAP (invoice handling)
- Responsible and proactive approach with solid communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively, organize and prioritize tasks independently
- Positive, can-do mindset: collaborative, flexible, resourceful, and eager to learn and grow
- Experience working with Microsoft Office packages and HCM systems
- Ability to always maintain confidentiality
- Has a strong sense of structure
- Enjoys working with change and improvement initiatives
- Can work both independently and as part of a team
