EMEA Purchasing Specialist
As an EMEA Purchasing Specialist you will play an important role in maintaining, standardizing and digitalizing Purchasing data and processes. In your role you have plenty of opportunities to develop new standards and more efficient ways of working across EMEA region. If you’re passionate about Purchasing and digitized solutions, that role is for you!
Your day-to-day work
- Create new vendors and maintain masterdata on existing vendors in the purchasing systems
- Maintain price lists in the purchasing systems and validate correctness in line with purchasing agreements
- Handle invoice deviations, investigate route cause and suggest corrective actions
- Work on continuous improvements and solutions that aim at automation of the Purchasing processes
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors and be the daily contact persons towards the country Operations purchasing teams within EMEA Region
We expect you to have/be:
- 3+ experience in Purchasing
- Previous working experience in SSC/BPO environment
- C1 English (any other languages are on plus)
- Fluency in Excel
- “out of the box” thinker
- Team player
This position and a Team Leader, who you will report to, are located in Poznań, Poland.
