Regional Sourcer & Recruitment coordinator

 

The Regional Sourcer & Recruitment Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring efficiency, consistency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness in SKF’s recruitment processes. This position supports Talent Acquisition Partners by handling operational and administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.

 

The role also contributes to active sourcing, process coordination, and accurate documentation, enabling the business to attract and hire the right skills and capabilities effectively.

 

 

Main responsibilities

  • Manage job requisitions, ensure quality and compliance of job ads and recruitment documentation, publish job posting internally and externally
  • Perform active sourcing in processes to reach passive candidates ie. through LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Coordinate interviews and logistics, including scheduling and confirmations and perform initial candidate screening for high volume recruitments
  • Handle assessment follow-ups, reference checks and background verifications
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and metrics for reporting and process improvement.
  • Support the recruitment process by collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and key stakeholders
  • Apply SKF Values – Care, Courage, Curiosity and Collaboration all long the recruitment process

 

 

Main requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in administrative or coordination roles within recruitment and understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and compliance requirements (including GDPR).  
  • Active sourcing experience, reaching and communicating with passive candidates.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter – search techniques, talent mapping, and outreach strategies is a requirement
  • Ability to work in an international environment, enjoying collaboration with multiple stakeholders
  • Structured mind-set, good ability to work well in a process-driven environment, with ability to communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment module and/or SmartRecruiters - ability to manage requisitions, workflows, and candidate pipelines effectively.
  • Good ability to work in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams) for reporting and coordination.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required; additional European language skills is a requirement (e.g., German, French, Italian, Swedish).

Some additional information

The preferred location of this position is Poznan (Poland). Local contract.
