Talent Acquisition Partner – Europe & Africa
In this role, you will contribute to a world‑class People Experience (HR) function by delivering high‑quality services that strengthen the employee experience and support SKF’s transformation. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, will coordinate strategic and tactical recruitments across the region, ensuring we attract people with the right skills, capabilities, and potential to grow.
This role combines effective, forward-thinking recruitment practices with a partnering-led, competence-based approach supported by technology-enabled sourcing and customized search.
Your main responsibilities
- Be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment, by setting the sourcing profile and strategy and assessing skills and suitability of candidates in accordance with current and future business needs
- Apply a partnering-led, competence-based process, ensuring alignment with business needs and leadership expectations.
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and People Business Enablers to provide insights and coaching throughout the process.
- Ensure a positive candidate and manager experience throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring timely communication and feedback and continuously provide input to improve the processes
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and unbiased recruitment practices in all steps.
- Collaborate closely within the Talent Acquisition E&A team to implement structured ways of working, aligned with our strategy, business priorities and cost effectiveness
- Pioneer innovation in recruiting via digital tools, AI, and proactive sourcing

Key requirements
To thrive in this role, we believe you have deep understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition, demonstrated communication skills, and a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
We also believe you have:
- Degree in Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Experience as senior recruiter conducting recruitments in several fields (Engineering, IT, HR, Finance, Communication etc),
- Effective communication skills and ability to build consensus; able to build trust and align with stakeholders across several countries.
- Experience with technology-driven sourcing tools.
- Solid understanding of inclusive and unbiased recruitment practices, with a genuine interest in attracting diverse talent.
- High level of integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Good business acumen and the ability to quickly understand the context, challenges, and capability needs of different roles
- Ability to coach and guide stakeholders with confidence and clarity on specific recruitment related matters
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar applicant tracking system, is a plus
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills would be considered meritorious

Some additional information
The position holder will be located in Poznan (Poland) - local contract - and will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager, Europe & Africa, who is located in Airasca (Italy).
