Quality and Compliance Coordinator Czech Republic & Slovakia

 

We are seeking an engaged and motivated Quality and Compliance Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of industrial customers and internal stakeholders across multiple sectors.

The primary duties of this role involve overseeing and enhancing quality systems, examining data to pinpoint trends and necessary corrections, and promoting ongoing improvement efforts to increase customer satisfaction. This role will allow you to act as a vital link between operations, engineering, and customers, ensuring that quality requirements and customer expectations are met.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Management: Develop and maintain CEE and local QMS aligned with SKF and ISO standards.
  • Audits: Plan, prepare, and support internal and external audits; implement findings and monitor KPIs.
  • Customer & Supplier Engagement: Facilitate customer audits, manage technical complaints, track feedback, and evaluate supplier performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Manage engineering change coordination, enhance process optimization, and promote standardization.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to legal and procedural requirements, uphold SKF Code of Conduct, and conscientiously report EHS risks.

 

We expect you to have:

  • University degree (preferably in economics, management, or quality‑related fields),
  • Several years of experience in quality management, audits, or customer service,
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards is an advantage,
  • Experience in handling customer complaints and satisfaction surveys is desirable,
  • Proficient analytical and reporting skills (KPI monitoring, process evaluation),
  • Effective communication and leadership skills; ability to work with cross‑functional teams,
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).

This position will be located in Czech Republic or Slovakia, on local contract. This position does not include extensive travelling.
