Customer Service Representative

Objective of the position:
Manage and follow up on the requirements of domestic clients by interacting with the various departments involved in the processes of quotations, order reception, and sales forecast tracking, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
·Education required: University degree (Industrial Engineering or similar, Business Administration, Foreign Trade or related)
·Advanced English skills (C1 is a must)
·Proven experience leading work teams
·Strong leadership skills
·Experience working under pressure
·High customer service orientation
·Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables and macros)
·CRM management
·At least 2 years of experience working - customer service
Responsibilities:
•Respond to customer requirements by telephone.
•Receive purchase orders electronically.
•Invoice all import orders and unplanned products.
•Respond to inquiries and material quotation requests.
•Issue daily and/or weekly backorder reports.
•Monitor daily the status of customers with outstanding invoices.
•Quote air freight from all factories worldwide.
•Quote domestic freight.
•Coordinate with relevant departments for approved returns.
•Support customers with any questions regarding the use of WCL.
•Keep the customer distribution list updated for electronic invoice delivery.
•Manage and follow-up forecasts
