Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles.

Advanced English (written and spoken).

Customer service oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office; ERP/CRM systems knowledge is a plus.
