Position Objective
The O2C Analyst is responsible for meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring proper execution of credit and collection policies (local and global), and supporting the business with accurate financial insights. This role plays a critical part in minimizing financial risk, improving processes, and maintaining healthy cash flow.
Key Responsibilities
Credit Evaluation & Approval
- Assess new customer credit files and financial reports.
- Analyze credit limits and payment terms for new and existing customers.
- Release orders on credit hold based on established criteria.
Collections Management & Cash Application
- Coordinate and monitor the activities of Capgemini (shared service center).
- Lead recurring calls and follow up on escalations.
- Oversee country‑specific payment methods and reconciliation processes.
Portfolio & Overdue Reporting
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable and overdue information.
- Prepare and analyze monthly reports, including:
- Overdue
- Bad Debt Provision
- Cash on Account
- Disputes
- Participate in decision‑making meetings and month‑end closing activities.
Billing Control & Sundry Requests
- Collaborate with the Tax team on Non‑Core Business billing (Sundry).
- Support requirements and validations for Sundry invoicing.
Bank Reconciliations – AICO
- Follow up with banks to clear open items.
- Join reconciliation meetings with the R2R team and Capgemini.
Intercompany Netting / Global Treasury
- Prepare monthly reconciliation reports for netting.
- Follow up on out‑of‑netting collections.
- Ensure end‑to‑end visibility and execution of intercompany processes.
Audits (Internal & External)
- Provide accurate information in a timely manner.
- Support auditor inquiries and documentation follow-up.
What You Need to Succeed
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
Experience
- 2+ years in a similar O2C, AR, Credit & Collections, or financial analysis role.
Technical Knowledge
- Credit risk analysis

- Customer and banking portal handling
