PX Operations Manager AMPAC – Shape the Future of People Experience!

SKF is seeking a PX Operations Manager AMPAC to design and deliver modern PX processes from our hub in Puebla City, Mexico.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and develop a regional PX team across Americas & Pacific

  • Ensure seamless service delivery and employee experience

  • Act as escalation point for operational excellence and service levels

  • Identify service gaps and drive continuous improvement using data insights

  • Collaborate globally to streamline processes and support digital adoption (ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, etc.)
