Px Operation Specialist

Job Summary At the beginning of this year, we initiated efforts to strengthen relationships with universities located in the regions where SKF has plants and presence (Guadalajara, Puebla, and Monterrey). These partnerships aim to: Provide administrative support for People Experience (PX) processes within a Shared Services Center for the Americas Region (USA, Canada, Mexico, South America), ensuring accurate data management and delivering high-quality service to employees and stakeholders. This role requires strong attention to detail and advanced English proficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update employee data in HR/PX systems.

Support onboarding, offboarding, and documentation processes.

Respond to employee inquiries through ticketing systems.

Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal processes and SLAs.

Collaborate with PX teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Assist with reporting and general administrative tasks.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

0–2 years of experience in administrative, customer service, or HR roles.

Advanced English (written and spoken).

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Strong customer service orientation.

MS Office proficiency; HR systems are a plus.
