Quality & EHS Specialist
Job objective:
To manage the quality system of the automotive logistics unit, ensuring alignment with SKF’s Qb system and compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. Additionally, to ensure compliance with legal requirements in safety, hygiene, and environmental matters, in accordance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001
Responsibilities:
Quality Management
•Represent the quality system to leadership.
•Lead internal and product audits.
•Coordinate management reviews and follow-up actions.
•Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer standards.
•Apply risk-based thinking and problem-solving tools.
•Document and close corrective/preventive actions.
Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)
•Implement EHS policies and ensure legal compliance.
•Identify risks, environmental impacts, and plan emergency responses.
•Investigate incidents and lead corrective actions.
•Develop “Zero Accidents” and “Clean Industry” programs.
•Train staff on safety and environmental topics.
•Align with corporate risk management guidelines.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or related field.
•2–3 years of experience in the field of Safety and Hygiene, and as the person responsible for the Quality Management System.
•Fluent English (B2 level)
•Certifications: ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, Internal Auditor (Lead Auditor preferred), EHS Standards (ISO 14001, 45001, 50001)
