Channel Quality Engineer

Objective:

Ensure product quality customer sent through the control and continuous improvement of processes.

To run their operations according to the SKF Code of Conduct, Environment Health & Safety (EHS) and Quality Policies, and work according to the SKF Quality Management System. Focus on the FTQ operations and daily process. Assure the control and monitoring of the Process and customer specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree: Industrial Engineering or a related field,
• 3 years of experience
• Solid knowledge of quality management systems, PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, FMEA, MSA, SPC, GD&T.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and in-line quality control.
• Proficiency in problem‑solving methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, and PDCA.
• Experience in internal and external audits.
• Management of quality indicators and trend analysis
• English advanced (C1) 

Responsibilities:

• Send documentation and information to the Quality Project Engineer necessary to approve by customer the PPAP, for engineering change.
• Coordinate Problem solving and assure the contention, corrective and preventive action are implemented.
• Generate Control Plan Implement effective control in the channel to ensure that the products delivered and customer specifications
