Record to Report Accountant (R2R)

Do you have experience in accounting and want to grow within a global organization? This is your opportunity!

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
1–3 years of experience in Record to Report or general accounting
Intermediate English and Spanish (advanced English preferred); basic Portuguese is a plus
Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS, US GAAP, or local standards)
Experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) or multinational environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

Key Responsibilities:
Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings in compliance with IFRS/GAAP
Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
Ensure accurate and timely posting of financial transactions
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
Analyze variances and provide explanations for management reporting
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Collaborate cross-functionally with AP, AR, FP&A, and tax teams
