About the Role
As our Sales Coordinator – Lubrication, you’ll be responsible for driving the commercial strategy for the Northern Region (Latin Trade & Mexico). You’ll work closely with distributors, internal teams, and end customers to grow SKF’s lubrication portfolio and strengthen our market presence across the region.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate the Sales Analysts team for Latin Trade and Mexico, providing direction, follow‑up, and lubrication‑related technical support.
- Deploy and execute the regional commercial plan, identifying market opportunities and driving sustainable, profitable growth.
- Support and train our distributors’ sales teams, enhancing product knowledge and commercial capabilities.
- Gather market and industry insights to help evolve and expand our product portfolio.
- Ensure proper training, safety standards, quality compliance, and consistent technical proposals across the network.

What We’re Looking For
Education
- Engineering degree or similar profile with strong commercial orientation.
Experience
- Solid commercial experience in the Lubrication segment.
