About the Role
We are looking for a Service & Technology Sales Engineer to help grow SKF’s presence with key industrial customers. This is a customer-facing, consultative sales role focused on understanding client needs, offering value-driven solutions, and building long-term relationships.

What You Will Do
- Develop new business opportunities with key industrial clients.
- Strengthen and grow existing accounts, including renewals and upselling.
- Meet with customers to understand their challenges and recommend SKF solutions that improve reliability and performance.
- Prepare and deliver clear, value-focused presentations for decision-makers.
- Work closely with internal teams (Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to build strong proposals and ensure successful implementation.
- Keep customer information updated in the CRM system.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in consultative sales or technical-commercial roles.
- Experience working with industrial customers or technical products.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships, work independently, and drive results.
- Advanced English.
