Project Objective

The objective of this project is to develop successful talent fully aligned with SKF’s values and organizational culture, providing the tools to put academic knowledge into practice within a demanding, dynamic, and global business environment, while fostering professional growth and sustainable results.

 

Requirements:

  • Current student in 7th semester of Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Must have valid student insurance.
  • Strong interest in joining a long-term, comprehensive leadership program (18 months).
  • Daily availability of 6 hours on-site.
  • General knowledge of ergonomics and industrial processes.
  • Intermediate conversational English.
  • Experience preparing executive presentations.
  • Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Power BI knowledge is a plus.
