Position Title: Assistant Manager – Communications
Reports To: Manager, Internal Comms, social media
Role Type: Individual Contribution
Location: Pune
Job Responsibilities
This role is a critical business and culture enabler within the Communications team, responsible for driving employee engagement, core culture and strategy, internal brand experience and employer value proposition.
The position offers direct exposure to senior leaders, close collaboration with multiple functions, and hands‑on ownership of high‑impact internal initiatives—making it ideal for someone looking to broaden their strategic thinking, project management, and stakeholder‑management skills in a multi region organization. This role gives direct exposure to cross culture team across India, Indonesia, ASEAN5 countries and other Europe regions as well.
Key Responsibilities
- Steward business priorities and strategy communications across leadership meets, events, and internal social platforms, ensuring strong alignment within the regions and functions
- Lead execution of internal and leadership events, acting as a single‑point owner across planning, partners, timelines, and on‑ground execution.
- Manage social media execution, content strategy and agency partnerships to develop internal and communication assets, providing direction and ensuring high quality, brand‑aligned outputs.
- Execute internal branding and workplace experience projects, enhancing culture while ensuring professional quality and operational efficiency.
- Oversee merchandising, shoots, budgets, and agencies, along with procurement enabling seamless support for brand guidelines and cross‑functional initiatives.
- Work closely with leadership, HR, Facilities, Finance, PR, and external partners, gaining deep exposure to how the organization operates end to end.

Requirements & Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience across communications, integrated marketing or business‑facing roles with strong cross‑functional exposure.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking—able to understand business priorities, translate them into communication and engagement actions, and make sound execution decisions.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset and execution maturity, with the ability to independently drive complex initiatives end‑to‑end.
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams, stakeholders, vendors, timelines, and budgets with minimal supervision.
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to engage credibly with senior leaders, functional teams, and external partners.
- Clear, structured communicator with the ability to think beyond tasks, apply judgment, and solve problems in dynamic environments.
Education:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
