JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title:                Business Analyst GTM

Reports To:            Digitalization Head

Role Type:              Individual Contributor

Location:                Bangalore/Pune

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

This position manages the Go-To-Market (GTM)/Sales Marketing, Supply Chain & Logistics requirements in Industrial Region ISEA. The Business Analyst will be responsible for requirement analysis, evaluation, change management and the project management and executions. This role needs excellent analytical skills, solid communication (oral and written) and good interpersonal skills for interaction with colleagues and clients both at a high-level (“big picture”) and at a detailed-level (“technical”)

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and detail business needs into requirement artifact - business and system requirements
• Include interests from all concerned stakeholders and secure their involvement and buy-in throughout the entire service development
• Ensure requirements are correctly understood and used by the project team you are part of
• Support prioritization of scope and communication
• Work closely with core business representatives, suppliers and Domain Architects to understand expectations and ensure delivery
• Monitor and control quality, progress, and performance of the project.
• Manage the communication with all project stakeholders at SKF and externally
• Manage the deliveries from external suppliers

Essential skills:

• Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in Sales and distribution/ Supply Chain/ Logistics is a must
• Knowledge of the core business processes for order management, billing, pricing, rebate and integrations between sales and finance
• Ability to understand Business Requirements and manage change using standard processes in a Global & Regional environment
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently as required
• Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills for problem identification and resolving ability
• Excellent documentation skills
• Experience creating reports and giving presentations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Academic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Total Experience 8+ years
• A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in the Business Analyst role in a Global & Regional environment
• Certification in Business Analysis is preferred
