JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Cyber Security Lead Engineer
Reports To: Manager Electronics and Embedded Systems
Role Type: Individual Contributor
Location: Pune
Purpose of the role
The Cyber security lead Engineer role will take end to end ownership of CRA and associated task for SKF LECI area
Key Responsibilities

- Own end to end ownership of CRA compliance.
- Preparation or assistance in necessary documentation to finalize the scope of work.
- Conduct Product triaging for CRA scope.
- Partner with product engineering teams to integrate cybersecurity requirements.
- Lead and document comprehensive product cybersecurity risk assessments and compliance requirements.
- Sets the security posture for the digital product portfolio within scope of the spoke.
- Ensure a risk-based approach by performing regular risk management on product portfolio level and decide how to handle identified security risks in products and solutions
- Drive implementation and communication of SKF policy for digital product security within the scope of the spoke
- Report on metrics and follow-up to measure progress and maturity
- Represents the spoke(s) in the SKF digital product security community and other stakeholders (Sales, Customers, etc.)
- Single point of contact within scope of the spoke for exception handling.

- Proficient with Cyber security practices and its implementation
- Proficient with the European Union Cyber Resilience Act (EU CRA)
- Proficient in Static Application Security Testing
- Utilizing passive and active vulnerability assessment tools
- Experience in industrial/automotive electronics (HW) design
- Must have good analytical and logical skills.

Candidate Background and competencies
Education & Experience
- BE/B tech /MS or M tech in Cyber security or Cyber security certifications.
- Total 12+ years’ work experience and minimum 5+ yrs relevant experience in Cyber security
