JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Dy Manager Business Excellence
Role reports to: Manager Regional Support (DGM)
Role Type: Individual Contributor
Location: Pune
Purpose of the Job:
The role shall lead and support Business Excellence work within the region to secure continues improvements and usage of best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in accounting
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall Business Excellence strategy for the region
- Lead and support Business Excellence and SKF Production System (SPS) implementation
- Support Managers in developing and implementing Master plans and Daily management.
- Coach managers and employees in lean mindset
- Challenge organization to reach operational excellence.
- Facilitator for meetings, workshops, and trainings
- Secure a good governance and meeting structure.
- Support transformation and continuous improvement
- Secure good network with Business excellence network for benchmarking

Work Profile:
- 5+ years of work experience within Finance function including experience within:
- Six sigma black belt certified.
- Business Excellence / Lean
- Quality and Six Sigma
- Coaching & facilitation
- Training
- Change & project management.
- Experience of working in a Manufacturing Set-up/ Exposure working in a Shared Services Centre will be an added advantage.
