Job Title:             Dy Manager Business Excellence

Role reports to:   Manager Regional Support (DGM)

Role Type:           Individual Contributor

Location:                Pune


Purpose of the Job:

The role shall lead and support Business Excellence work within the region to secure continues improvements and usage of best practices.



  • Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in accounting

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall Business Excellence strategy for the region
  • Lead and support Business Excellence and SKF Production System (SPS) implementation
  • Support Managers in developing and implementing Master plans and Daily management.
  • Coach managers and employees in lean mindset
  • Challenge organization to reach operational excellence.
  • Facilitator for meetings, workshops, and trainings
  • Secure a good governance and meeting structure.
  • Support transformation and continuous improvement
  • Secure good network with Business excellence network for benchmarking

Work Profile:

  • 5+ years of work experience within Finance function including experience within:
    • Six sigma black belt certified.
    • Business Excellence / Lean
    • Quality and Six Sigma
    • Coaching & facilitation
    • Training
    • Change & project management.
  • Experience of working in a Manufacturing Set-up/ Exposure working in a Shared Services Centre will be an added advantage.
