Role Title: Global PX Operations Employee Experience Manager

Location: Pune, India

 

 

Purpose of the Role

 

As People Development & Employee Experience Lead, you will build and lead a

multidisciplinary team within the PX Operations global hub in Pune. You will be accountable for delivering high-quality, consistent and efficient people processes across multiple PX domains, translating global CoE frameworks into operational execution and ensuring a

seamless employee and manager experience across the organization.

In this role, you will contribute to delivering scalable PX services that support managers and employees globally, enabling the business through reliable, user-focused and efficient

service delivery.

 

By leading and connecting specialist expertise, you will ensure scalable and reliable service delivery while continuously improving processes and strengthening capability, engagement and employee experience across the organization.

 

This role plays a key part in building, stabilizing and scaling the PX Operations global hub, establishing ways of working that enable both operational excellence today and continuous improvement over time.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

    • Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team of specialists across performance & engagement, learning & development, culture & leadership, job architecture & total reward, mobility and business travel, ensuring alignment, collaboration and consistent delivery across domains.
    • Accountable for efficient, standardized and high-quality execution of PX processes, ensuring reliable and consistent PX support to managers and employees across the organization.
    • Continuously improve processes, workflows and service delivery models in line with CoE frameworks and global standards, focusing on simplification, efficiency and quality.
    • Translate CoE strategies and product roadmaps into clear operational priorities, deliverables and ways of working for the team, balancing transformation with day-to-day delivery.
    • Build strong partnerships with business leaders, People Business Enablers (PBEs) and Group PX CoEs to ensure effective implementation, alignment and consistent delivery of PX services.
    • Use data, feedback and operational insights to monitor service performance, identify improvement opportunities and provide structured input to Group PX CoEs.
    • Foster a collaborative, inclusive and service-oriented team culture where quality, accountability, continuous learning and improvement are core to how work gets done.
    • Lead the establishment, stabilization and scaling of the PX Operations global hub in Pune, including ways of working, governance and service delivery capabilities.
    • Lead change with clarity and empathy, supporting the organization in adopting new ways of working and ensuring a smooth transition into the new PX operating model.

    • A university degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, Education or another relevant field.
    • 10+ years of leadership experience, including leading specialists or cross-functional teams in people or organizational development-related areas.
    • Strong ability to lead through others, create clarity in complexity and connect day-to-day work to strategic direction.
    • Broad understanding of one or more of the following areas: performance & engagement, learning & development, culture & leadership, mobility, employee experience or related people processes.
    • Experience driving change, leading initiatives and collaborating with senior stakeholders in a matrix or global environment.
    • A leadership style characterized by trust, inclusion, authenticity and the ability to inspire commitment around a shared vision.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage different audiences with clarity, credibility and energy.
    • Experience from building a service delivery organisation in a global context
    • Global mindset and cultural savviness
    • Fluent in English
