    • Team Pulse stakeholder coordination
      • Work closely with key stakeholders, including local unions or councils, to ensure survey content is relevant, compliant, and approved
      • Coordinate review cycles, gather feedback from specialists, legal, and PBEs, and help turn input into practical improvement proposals for Group PX CoE

    • Team Pulse language and regional support
      • Support language-specific survey configuration, including translation and localization when needed
      • Provide first-line support to PBEs and managers when questions come up in the process or system

    • Performance management process coordination
      • Coordinate the performance management cycle in People Core, including goal setting, continuous dialogue/feedback, year-end review, and calibration
      • Work with Group PX CoE to make sure system steps are set up correctly, and launched on time

    • Performance management guidance and communication
      • Prepare guides, templates, and instructions that help PBEs, managers, and employees understand what to do and when
      • Communicate updates and process changes in a simple, clear, and timely way in line with Group PX CoE direction

    • Performance management reporting and continuous improvement
      • Prepare reports for Group PX CoE, Group Management, and other relevant key stakeholders
      • Use process data and user feedback to improve ways of working, strengthen quality, and make the experience smoother over time
