JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: ISEA Circular Solutions BDM
Reports To: Head of Services - ISEA
Role Type: Individual Contribution
Location: Pune / Kolkata / Mumbai / Gurgaon / Bangalore
Job Responsibilities
To manage and execute the ISEA Service Strategy in ISEA country on Remanufacturing Services in order to achieve: 2027 ISEA Service Strategy target, sustainable business growth and high-quality Remanufacturing Services with high productivity and profitability.
Part of ISEA Service Management team
Part of Global Remanufacturing Service Team
Handle Remanufacturing Services Business in ISEA country according to ISEA Service Business Strategy.
Execute activities related to Remanufacturing Services in ISEA including suggestions for Remanufacturing setup in country, standard pricing calculations, procedure and other related.
Establish sub-activities to ensure deliver the ISEA Service target.
Develop customer relationship in order to strengthen SKF businesses and preferences.
Maintain, perform and control all works of undersign in according to the service quality procedure.
Support in a development of Remanufacturing Service offered, marketing & training support materials, customer & competitor mapping database.
Perform regular internal/external customer visits to identify new business opportunity and/or market demand to ensure that available resources can fulfill and be always steps ahead of the closest competitor.
Promote SKF new products and technologies to the market when relevant.
Skill Set
Good team leader with strong motivation skill.
Strong sales skilled with Industry experience / Distribution knowledge will be benefit.
Good planning and coaching skill.
International job experience will be plus.
Strong Industrial network is needed.
Good Team player.
Education & Experience
B.E / B. Tech (Mandatory) & MBA (Preferred)
10+ years’ experience with Industrial market focus on Heavy Industrial sector is a must.
Knowledge in SKF Products and Services and be able to demonstrate SKF Value Selling to customer is preferable.
Management skill is needed.
