JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: People Services Lead, ISEAM
Reports To: Head PX GBS
Location: Pune, India
Purpose of the Role
In this role, you will help shape how we design and deliver People Experience processes. Together with your team, you will turn strategy into user friendly, effective processes that enhance employee experience, operational excellence and service delivery.
You will work closely with PX colleagues, Center of Experts and business stakeholders to contribute to a modern and unified Px organization.
Supports manufacturing environments and engineering driven operations, as many of your internal customers work close to SKF’s core business.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and develop Px team in ISEAM to support our business and Px Operation.
- Build and engaged, agile and service focused team that transcends country borders.
- Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery in full compliance with global and local standards, and seamless employee experience.
- Act as the escalation point, ensuring service levels and operational standards are met.
- Identify service gaps and implement improvements using data and insights that simplify and enhance processes (enable continuous improvement)
- Collaborate across global, regional, and local PX teams to streamline processes and support digital solution adoption to aim efficient, scalable Px Operations
- Build trustful, effective relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to the ongoing PX transformation.
- Be responsible for selected PX processes and activities (e.g., Service Desk, People Data, Total Reward & Benefits Administration, On/Offboarding, Mobility, Time & Attendance Administration).
- Px projects participation towards growth in new Px operation model.
What you bring
-
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, another relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience from working in GBS/Shared Services environments.
- Solid experience from a leadership role managing mid‑ to large‑sized and multicultural teams, including responsibility for recruitment, development, task allocation, and performance management.
- High proficiency in English written and spoken.
- Experience working with and improving People Experience processes; Px/HR operational experience is required.
- Experience with HR digital tools is an advantage, to support ongoing journey in new service delivery model (ServiceNow, Succes Factors, Others).
- High level presentation capabilities and clear communication skills.
- Experience working in an international environment will be considered an asset.
- Willingness and ability to travel when required.
