Position Title: Product Line Manager, Industrial ISEAM (ISEAM, South- East Asia & Middle East)
Reports To: Head Product Line - ISEAM

Job Summary
The Product Line, ISEAM organization plays a decisive role in defining the right offers by translating market trends, customer needs and business opportunities into competitive products and solutions. It is responsible for strengthening the competitiveness, profitability and relevance of SKF’s product portfolio across diverse industrial applications.
We are looking to identify suitable candidates for the role of Product Manager – Industrial Grease, dedicated to the ISEAM business. The role will be responsible for driving the profitable growth of the Industrial Grease portfolio in ISEAM through clear product strategy, portfolio development, localization, sourcing and go-to-market execution, in close alignment with regional and global teams.
Key Purpose of the Job
To drive profitable growth of the Industrial Grease business in ISEAM by developing and executing product, portfolio, sourcing and go-to-market strategies aligned with ISEAM growth priorities, regional objectives and global product line direction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the Industrial Grease product line strategy for ISEAM, aligned with market opportunities, industry segment priorities, profitability objectives and overall, ISEAM growth strategy.
Build and manage a clear product roadmap covering portfolio development, new product introductions, product enhancements, lifecycle management and end-of-life planning.
Define and strengthen the Industrial Grease portfolio for ISEAM by identifying gaps, prioritizing offers, optimizing assortment and improving product line competitiveness across target segments and channels.
Drive profitable business growth across relevant Industrial channels by working closely with sales, application engineering, supply chain and global product line teams to convert market opportunities into scalable offers.
Lead localization and sourcing initiatives by identifying ISEAM-specific requirements, supporting product testing and validation, developing local supply chain capability and improving cost competitiveness.
Bring an outside-in perspective by tracking customer needs, market trends, competitor dynamics and industry developments, and translating these insights into product strategy, value propositions and business cases.
Collaborate with regional and global teams to align on strategic focus areas, leverage global capabilities and drive projects that support growth and competitiveness in ISEAM.
Prepare and present business cases, portfolio reviews, performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration; MBA or advanced degree will be an advantage.
Minimum 8+ years of experience across sales, application engineering, strategy or product management, with sales experience being mandatory.
At least 5+ years of experience in an industrial grease-selling multinational organization in ISEAM.
Strong understanding of Industrial Grease portfolios, applications, technical product aspects and customer requirements.
Strong understanding of the ISEAMn Industrial Grease market, including competitive dynamics, customer segments and channel landscape.
Proven track record in sales, business development, product strategy or portfolio management.
Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to build business cases and make commercially sound decisions.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, interpret and visualize complex data to support strategy and decision-making.
Strategic thinker with an outside-in mindset and the ability to translate market insights into practical growth actions.
Strong collaboration, facilitation, influencing and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix and cross-functional environment.
Proactive, open-minded team player with the ability to drive change, inspire others and influence stakeholders at different levels.
