Position Title:         Project Manager, Product Lines, ISEA

Reports To:            Head - Product Lines, ISEA Industrial Business, India

Purpose of the Role : We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver high-stake, cross-functional projects end-to-end. This role will be responsible for planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and driving Go-to-Market (GTM) readiness, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with proven experience in managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders and functions.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

Project Planning & Governance

  • Develop detailed project charters, plans, and roadmaps covering scope, timelines, resources, and KPIs.
  • Establish governance structures and run project gate reviews with clear documentation.
  • Track progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions proactively.
  • Acting as the central point of contact for sourcing products from other regional factories for the ISEA sales team.
  • Monitoring localization projects, providing regular updates on project status, and tracking delta sales.
  • Managing the deal desk office for ISEA region

 

Execution & Delivery

  • Drive day-to-day project management activities across multiple workstreams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones while managing interdependencies.
  • Own project KPIs on schedule, scope, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Act as the single point of contact for project communications across leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
  • Prepare executive updates, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews.
  • Build strong stakeholder alignment and facilitate decision-making.

 

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Readiness

  • Supporting the GTM
  • strategy for new launches and managing related sales follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with business, sales, and product teams to develop and implement GTM strategies.
  • Ensure commercial readiness, launch planning, and market enablement activities are on track.
  • Monitor and measure post-launch performance against defined KPIs.
  • Driving central pricing intelligence across all countries/markets in ISEA, to support the Product Line team.

 

Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
  • Manage escalations and enable swift resolution of issues impacting project outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Apply best practices, frameworks, and methodologies to improve project delivery maturity.
  • Capture lessons learned and embed improvements into future projects.

 

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4-5 years of experience in project/program management with exposure to high-impact business initiatives.
  • Strong background in project governance, GTM planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects
  • PMP or equivalent certifications preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Miro or equivalent).
