Job Title:                  Senior Accountant - O2C  

Reports to:               Process Delivery Manager – O2C

Role Type:               Team Handling

Location:                 Chinchwad, Pune 

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Purpose of the role:  

The role is accountable for overall process governance within SKF process guidelines, framework, and tools in process scope 
                                 

Your day-to-day work/ Key Responsibilities 

• Accountable for implementation of process changes within the process scope, responsible for identifying 

topics for cross-process alignment 

• Identify business requirements relation to process design and re-engineering  
• Identify improvement opportunities and to drive change management, continuous improvement, optimization,

and automation of process 

• Accountable/responsible for identifying competency needs and planning competency development 
• Support implementation of defined process measurements

We expect you to have 

• Strong understanding of O2C processes and process development, and expertise of processes in own 

process scope 

• Experience in O2C process 
• Process deployment, project and change management skills 
• High level communication, negotiation, networking and team management skills 
• Capability to facilitate and drive change with a global mindset 
• Team player and able to work collaboratively 
• Experience with MS Office required and superior understanding of Finance systems/ERP 
• Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills 
• Ability to challenge the standard/Status-Quo to secure accounting and improve processes. Open minded

when it comes to changes 

Academic & Work Profile  

• MBA/ Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in accounting  
• 8+ years’ experience within O2C working on process transformation, reengineering & automation 
• Ability to influence colleagues at all levels in the organization 
• Strong presentation skills necessary 
• Experience of working in a Manufacturing Set-up/ Exposure working in a Shared services Centre will be an added advantage
