Supervisor - Spindle Services
Objectives of this role
- Lead the remanufacturing operations on shopfloor
- Provide the technical support to spindles team
- Train, motivate, and guide the team
- Achieve Spindle Services objectives
- Leading and developing skills, training team members
- Meet the customer expectation of spindle services
Responsibilities
- Job allocation
- Inventory planning
- Outsourced activity planning
- Meeting the delivery deadlines
- RCFA of failed spindles
- Documentation – Reports, testing, SOPs…
- Daily management
- Ensuring safety on shopfloor
- Maintaining 5’S
- Engagement and communication with all stakeholders
- Procuring all required components and services
- Technical support to Sales and end customer
- Ensuring adherence to SOP
- Training and development of team members
Required skills and qualifications
- Diploma / Degree of engineering
- Three or more years of experience in service segment
- Experience of shopfloor management
- Can understand customer urgency and act
- Willing to travel when needed
- Self-driven
- Product Knowledge.
- Communicate with various departments within the organization.
- Communicate with external customers.
- Ensuring ontime delivery as per commitment.
