JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: System Admin GCAS
Reports to: Process Delivery Manager – P2P
Role Type: Individual Contributor
Location: Pune
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Key user of the Concur application
- Second line support to resolve end-user- and application topics
- Coordinate support issues with other support functions
- Participate in Concur implementation projects and other project related activities
- Support in roll-out of new releases - testing, evaluation and modification of local procedures
- Be the network into the third- (FOC GCAS) and forth (Central Concur team) line support
- Work together with Functional Specialists and Process- and Master Data Owners to perform process and system evaluations to improve user experience and business operations
- Application maintenance, support and master data mgmt., such as:
- Monitor file imports and act on errors/warnings
- Create support materials to end user and admins
- Run add-hoc reports and schedule reports
Experience:
- 4-7 years university studies within Computer science, business administration or Finance
- 4-7 years’ experience working with system administration, Travel & Expenses or Financial Systems
Competency Profile:
- Understanding of Financial processes, process development and improvement.
- Good understanding in the complexity behind Travel & Expense and it’s cross-functional processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Continues improvement mind-set
- Service oriented approach and excellent communication skills
- Extended networking and teaming skills
- Fluent in English
