Territory Manager- Nagpur
- Incumbent should be good in handling distributor sales
- Must have handled multiple distributors, large geographical market exposure
- Team handling exposure is a must (handling territory managers’)
- In-depth connect with the distributors
- Should support AE, Customer service teams, also manage cross functional teams (solution factory, KAM, etc.)
- Be more specific while giving answers related to sales procedure, distributors managing, business growth, driving sales, customer handling, value selling, various initiates taken as an individual, etc.
- Should have exposure in industries like sugar, textile, auto/auto ancillaries etc.
- Driving sales through distributors and achieve revenue through them
- Understanding overall regions/ add new customers
- Driving the programs like smart supplier programs, REP
