  • Incumbent should be good in handling distributor sales
  • Must have handled multiple distributors, large geographical market exposure
  • Team handling exposure is a must (handling territory managers’)
  • In-depth connect with the distributors
  • Should support AE, Customer service teams, also manage cross functional teams (solution factory, KAM, etc.)
  • Be more specific while giving answers related to sales procedure, distributors managing, business growth, driving sales, customer handling, value selling, various initiates taken as an individual, etc.
  • Should have exposure in industries like sugar, textile, auto/auto ancillaries etc.
  • Driving sales through distributors and achieve revenue through them
  • Understanding overall regions/ add new customers
  • Driving the programs like smart supplier programs, REP
