Role Purpose
The Pricing Coordinator – Lubrication is responsible for managing and continuously developing the pricing management framework for the Lubrication business across the LAM region. The role ensures the effective application of pricing models, discount policies, and price structures that support profitability, competitiveness, and sustainable growth, fully aligned with SKF’s global pricing guidelines and commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the regional pricing system and implement pricing models for the Lubrication business in LAM.
- Define and maintain customer segmentation, pricing matrices, and discount structures by market.
- Design, implement, and manage discount authorization policies to ensure margin protection and pricing discipline.
- Establish pricing for new products, commercial campaigns, and tender processes.
- Provide pricing support to commercial teams and LAM management during key negotiations, ensuring adherence to SKF commercial and pricing policies.

Required Profile
- Education: Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in pricing, commercial finance, or price management roles, ideally within regional and/or multinational organizations.
- Core skills:
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Commercial mindset with results orientation
- Negotiation skills and effective communication
- Ability to collaborate across regional teams
- Languages & Systems:
- Intermediate to advanced English
- Advanced Excel (macros and automation)
- Experience with SAP, SQL, and Power BI is desirable
