SKF Global Graduate Program - France

As a Global Graduate at SKF you will have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of industries, business functions and applications. Together with 40,000 inspirational and motivated SKF colleagues around the world, you can make a lasting difference.

Throughout the 18-months long Global Graduate Program, you will get a broad experience from various SKF areas and a great opportunity to create a solid international professional network. You will get to know the company through international and cross-functional rotations and by working on real projects. Your rotations will be individually designed based on your interests and our business needs. To ensure maximum growth, you will have mentors assigned, supporting you throughout the whole program.

The introduction and program gatherings, in which you will get training within several areas (such as leadership, project management and business knowledge), are spent together with the full Global Graduate group. Upon completing the Global Graduate Program will have a solid platform to leverage a career within SKF.

Role/Rotation description 
•    Conduct comprehensive market studies in the field of intelligent bearings to understand the landscape and customer needs. 
•    Develop and execute Go to market strategies to introduce and promote smart bearings in new markets.
•    Identify and establish strategic partnerships with other companies or start-ups. 
•    3 different rotations, locations (1st in France and the 2 other locations worldwide) functions, and business units will be based on the candidate’s ambition and needs of the business
•    You will be located at Saint-Cyr sur Loire (37), reporting to the Business Line Manager, Intelligent Bearings 

Requirements
•    Master’s degree or equivalent completed before September 2025, within business, international trade, entrepreneurship 
•    International and cross-culture experiences from working and/or studying abroad
•    Maximum 2 years of working experience after Master’s graduation
•    Full professional working proficiency in both English and French
•    French/EU citizenship is mandatory
•    Availability to start beginning of September 2025 at the latest, located in Saint-Cyr sur Loire (37)
