Vos responsabilités

Rattaché(e) au service Industrialisation Electronique & Outillages, vous êtes garant, en amont de la production, de la fabricabilité des cartes et sous-ensembles électroniques selon les aspects Qualité, Coûts, Délai et assurez le maintien documentaire interne de production pour ces cartes et sous-ensembles. 

Vous accompagnez à la fois l’industrialisation de nouvelles gammes de produits et technologies de rupture actuellement en développement et l’industrialisation dans le cadre de nouveaux besoins clients de technologies déjà existantes (revue de design, choix des fournisseurs, réalisation des dossiers industriels, gestion des obsolescences, dérogations, …).

En nous rejoignant, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’industrialisation de systèmes multi-physiques pour des applications dans des milieux sévères (pression, vibration, humidité, CEM, …) incluant les meilleures technologies actuellement disponibles sur le marché. 

Au quotidien, votre mission s’articule autour des activités suivantes :

Vous assurez le rôle d’interface entre l’ingénierie et la production interne ou sous-traitée :
-    Vous participez aux revues de design des cartes électroniques avec l’ingénierie pour veiller à la bonne prise en compte des contraintes industrielles (DFM, DFP, DFT), et chiffrez le coût process.
-    Vous assurez le retour d’expérience de la production (interne ou EMS) vers l’ingénierie
-    Vous réalisez les points clés d’industrialisation (POC/Simulation, test, …) pour la maitrise des nouvelles briques technos
-    Vous participez aux AMDEC

Vous réalisez le dossier industriel :
-    Vous réalisez le dossier industriel, soit le diagramme détaillé des flux de fabrication, les nomenclatures et les fiches d’instruction pour les étapes de fabrication de cartes ou sous-ensembles, et les demandes de modification de dossiers. Vous êtes à ce titre garant des livrables documentaires process.

Vous êtes le support technique sur les process et équipements de Tests/Contrôles liés à la fabrication de cartes électroniques (Brasage, Vernissage, Potting, AOI, SPI, ICT, X-Ray….).
-    Vous participez au choix des fournisseurs, notamment en tenant à jour la cartographie des équipements de chaque EMS, ainsi qu’aux audits process et accompagnez les fournisseurs dans la mise sous contrôle de leur process.
-    Vous participez aux résolutions de problème (8D).
-    Vous menez une veille technologique sur les process et technologies liés aux cartes électroniques.

Votre expérience

Pour réussir dans ce poste, nous attendons que vous ayez/soyez …

·    Vous êtes ingénieur en électronique ou disposez d’une expérience équivalente dans l’industrie dans le domaine des cartes électroniques
·    Vous avez une expérience réussie de plusieurs années en industrialisation de produits électroniques, dont des connaissances ou une expérience pratique en électronique de puissance
·    Vous maitrisez les procédés de fabrication de cartes électroniques et avec de bonnes connaissances des procédés d’assemblage et d’intégration de sous-ensembles électronique (vissage, graissage, sertissage, brasage, …)  
·    Vous êtes à l’aise dans la rédaction de rapports techniques et de cahiers charges, et avec l’utilisation des outils de qualité (AMDEC, analyse de risques, plan d’expérience, capabilités …)
·    L’anglais technique est indispensable.

Your responsibilities

Attached to the Electronic Industrialization & Tooling Department, you are responsible, upstream of production, for the manufacturability of electronic boards and sub-assemblies according to the Quality, Costs, Deadlines aspects and ensure the maintenance of internal production documentation for these boards and sub-assemblies.

You support both the industrialization of new product ranges and disruptive technologies currently in development and the industrialization in the context of new customer needs for existing technologies (design review, choice of suppliers, production of industrial files, management obsolescence, derogations, etc.).

By joining us, you will play a key role in the industrialization of multi-physics systems for applications in harsh environments (pressure, vibration, humidity, EMC, etc.) including the best technologies currently available on the market.

On a daily basis, your mission revolves around the following activities:

You act as an interface between engineering and internal or subcontracted production:
- You participate in design reviews of electronic cards with engineering to ensure that industrial constraints are properly considered (DFM, DFP, DFT), and quantify the process cost.
- You ensure feedback from production (internal or EMS) to engineering
- You realize the key points of industrialization (POC/Simulation, test, …) for the mastery of new techno bricks
- You participate in FMEA

You create the industrial file:
- You create the industrial file, i.e., the detailed diagram of the manufacturing flows, the nomenclatures and the instruction sheets for the stages of manufacture of cards or sub-assemblies, and the requests for modification of files. As such, you are responsible for the process documentary deliverables.

You are the technical support for the processes and Test/Control equipment related to the manufacture of electronic boards (Soldering, Varnishing, Potting, AOI, SPI, ICT, X-Ray, etc.):
- You participate in the choice of suppliers, in particular by updating the mapping of the equipment of each EMS, as well as in process audits and support suppliers in bringing their process under control.
- You participate in problem solving (8D).
- You carry out a technological watch on the processes and technologies related to electronic cards.

Your profile

- Engineer with a specialization in electronics (or equivalent experience), you have a proven experience in industrialization of electronic products, including knowledge and/or practical experience in power electronics
- You master the manufacturing processes of electronic boards and have good knowledge of the assembly and integration processes of electronic sub-assemblies (screwing, greasing, crimping, soldering, etc.)
- You are comfortable in writing technical reports and specifications, and with the use of quality tools (FMEA, risk analysis, experience plan, capabilities, etc.)
- Good basics in French with a will to learn is a prerequisite.

Additional information

This is a permanent contract within SKF Magnetic Mechatronics. 

The position is in Vernon, Normandy, France, where is the R&D team of SKF Magnetic Mechatronics. Vernon is located about 1 hour from Paris and Rouen, Normandy, by train or car.
