Focus: Owns the workflow, customer communication, scheduling, and operational execution.

• Coordinate field service jobs from quote approval through completion
• Microsoft Office experience
• Schedule technicians, manpower, and job timelines
• Communicate with customers regarding schedules, updates, and site requirements
• Manage and update opportunities and job tracking lists
• Review technician travel requirements and approve bookings
• Coordinate equipment transportation and job logistics
• Oversee compliance requirements for upcoming jobs
• Review JSA submissions and ensure completion
• Support operational planning and workload prioritization
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and operational issues
• Ensure job documentation is complete and organized
