Working Student (m/f/d) in the area of Business Process Analysis and Design
Tasks

Engage in the dynamic digital transformation journey at SKF automotive aftermarket, with a lens on enhancing B2B, B2C, and D2C eCommerce solutions through insightful business process analysis and design

Play a pivotal role in the product lifecycle process re-design, ensuring it is metric-driven by developing and integrating KPIs that feed into or are derived from the cloud data warehouse

Collaborate closely with the project team and process contributing departments (product management, supply chain, operations etc.), providing essential support in orchestrating the process redesign program

Translate outcomes from new process models into actionable requirements for workflow adjustments or new tool implementations, preparing the groundwork for the technical team's development and deployment phases

Harness various process design methodologies and techniques (like UML or BPMN) to create, assess, and enhance business processes, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and align with overarching business objectives

Facilitate the connection between process design and technical requirements

Contribute to the culture of continuous improvement by identifying, analyzing, and leveraging process performance measures and user feedback
Requirements

Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, preferably with a concentration on business analysis, process design, or information management

Familiarity with process modeling and design tools such as UML or BPMN

Interest or experience in project management methodologies and tools, with a willingness to assist in project coordination tasks

Ability to translate business process outcomes into technical requirements for tool or workflow implementation

Knowledge of or keen interest in learning about KPI development and process performance measurement

Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail for process analysis and documentation

Strong communication skills, capable of liaising between technical teams, project management, and stakeholders, with proficiency in written and spoken English

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to navigate and act decisively in complex, ambiguous situations

Eagerness to learn and adapt, demonstrating openness and curiosity, especially in emerging process design trends and technologies

Prior experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus
