Digital Solution Manager, SAP HCM & SF - Automotive Business
SAP HCM & SF DSM (Digital Solution Manager) is responsible for development and enhancements of two major HR applications: SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, on enterprise (global) level. This role ensures that systems are effectively designed, integrated, and governed to meet business objectives, while optimizing performance and resources allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture: Collaborate on designing and implementing system architecture that aligns with business requirements, strategic objectives, and technical standards, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Process Analysis: Evaluate and optimize relevant processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with stakeholders to design streamlined workflows.
- Application Management: Manage the lifecycle of applications, including deployment, maintenance, and upgrades, ensuring they meet user needs and organizational goals.
- Integration Management: Oversee inbound and outbound integrations of SAP HCM & SF, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability to enhance operational efficiency.
- Governance Control: Establish and enforce governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Performance Management: Monitor system performance and user satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance system functionality.
- Budget Control: Manage budgets and resource allocation for IT systems, ensuring that projects are adequately funded and aligned with strategic priorities.
- Vendor Management: Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with IT vendors, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and service level agreements.
Requirements:
- Higher degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in requirements and business process definition, software development/systems integration and application support
- 2+ years of experience in SAP HCM implementations, including requirements gathering, fit or gap analysis, functional design development, user acceptance testing, training and deployment activities
- 2+ years of experience in SAP SF Compensation and Variable Pay implementations and integrations, including requirements gathering, fit or gap analysis, functional design development, user acceptance testing and deployments
- Advantage: experience with SAP SF Performance and Goal Management
- Knowledge of HR business process design and development
- Experience in supporting organizations from at least 2 regions (EMEA, APAC, AMERICAS)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing to work effectively independently, with team members and diverse stakeholders
- Fluency in English
