Distribution Development Account Manager

Black Sea region

SKF is a global leader in industrial bearings, known for innovation and quality. We are looking for a Distribution Development Account Manager to enhance partnerships and boost business through our distributor network in the Back Sea region, Bulgaria.

 

Your role will be to develop and manage relationships with SKF distributor partners and end customers in your Bulgarian territory. This essential sales position enhances our expansion by improving distributor relationships, boosting sales, and guaranteeing that all efforts align with SKF’s high standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Distributor Account Management: Cultivate and develop positive relationships with approved partners while aligning growth strategies with SKF's objectives.
  • Sales Acceleration: Implement plans to meet volume and revenue targets; support digital transformation and channel optimization.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor trends, performance, competitors, and opportunities to anticipate changes and recommend solutions.
  • Project Coordination: Support initiatives to improve distribution processes, logistics, profitability, and partner programs.
  • Communication: Act as a link between SKF stakeholders, distributors, and customers.
  • CRM Excellence: Maintain accurate records in SKF’s CRM to guide planning and measure effectiveness.

 

We expect you to have

  • Sales: Experience in sales or account management is essential for thriving in this position, and familiarity with distributor-led models is a plus
  • Technical Aptitude: Engineering background is preferred, with ability to explain technical solutions effectively.
  • Negotiation Skills: Highly skilled in managing relationships and negotiating effectively.
  • Operational Excellence: Organized, results-driven, responsive to new requirements.
  • Digital Skills: Proficient in Office 365, experienced or willing to learn CRM tools.
  • Languages: Being able to communicate effectively in Bulgarian and English is required for this role.
  • Travel: Driving license and readiness to travel actively.

Some additional information

This position will preferably located in the Black Sea Region Bulgaria eg Varna, local contract. Please note that this role will require extensive travelling to distributors and customers in the region.
