Supply Chain Manager

Ball Bearings, Sopot Factory

Responsibilities

The position holder will have the responsibility of the local Sopot Factory Manager.

Manage the material workflow for the bearing production.

Forecast demanding to align production schedules with customer needs.

Optimizing inventory levels to balance supply and demand.

Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.

Ensure that all Company‘s requirements concerning Health & Safety, environmental and legal regulations are followed.

Develop and continuously analyze actual results versus planned ones

Promote an efficient and capable processes that meet the customer requirements.-

Manage supply chain performances (costs, broken promises, Operating Profit etc.)

Develop and follow scorecard performance parameters.

Hire, train, and assess the performance of workers

Encourage and implement process improvements.

Work closely with Production and Engineering Department
Communicate with other departments, such as Quality department and Financial department, HR department

These responsibilities require a combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and effective communication.

We are looking for Supply Chain Manager who is able to adapt to changing market conditions, technological advancements, and organizational needs while maintaining a focus on efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

We expect you to have

Master's degree in economic or finance (or equivalent);

Experience with quality management and product compliance

Auditing experience will be beneficial

Fluent in English and Bulgarian verbal and written

Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence different people and cultures

Demonstrated ability in assuming a leadership role

A strong desire to promote and influence change in the organization

The position will be located at Sopot site in Bulgaria and reports to Raju Burkule, Factory Manager Sopot & GM Bulgaria
