SKF Lubrication Lifetime Solutions is a leading provider of Automatic Lubrication Systems. To further strengthen our market position, we are expanding our Aftermarket business across multiple regions by building a clear, attractive and accessible aftermarket portfolio. In this role, you will define the right aftermarket portfolio across all product families, with a specific focus on spare parts and accessories, to support efficient repairs for end users. Through your passion for Sales development and Portfolio Sales growth and profit, you will ensure that offer will be accessible, available and correctly pricewise positioned.
In this role, you will work closely with Demand Chain, Manufacturing and Sales organizations to implement the Aftermarket Portfolio strategy. You will also collaborate closely with Business Lines and the Marketing teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Aftermarket Portfolio within the Aftermarket value chain
- Define the Aftermarket Portfolio offer strategy and implement it in alignment with customer needs, market trends, business line priorities, and existing internal structures
- Steer stock level and part availability and refine those based on market feedback
- Support Business Line and Product Managers by guiding them with clear spare part- and accessories rules for their Product line.
- Using 4P methodology as a guideline
- Track and monitor the Aftermarket net Sales and Profitability levers
We expect you to have/be
- University degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Business
- Proven experience managing massive data across multiple systems
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or JDE
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including the 4Ps and product mix
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in global markets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of key growth drivers in the aftermarket value chain
- Personal interest in environmental impact and innovative thinking, and an ambition to take this interest into reality will be considered a plus.
- As this is a global role, experience from working across functions, countries and cultures is a must, as well as fluency in English.
