Salary Range: $ 39,520.00 to $ 43,680.00

Position Summary

This position is responsible for material handling in support of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lift and move items/packages as required using safe lifting techniques.
• Load and/or unload trucks in support of shipping / receiving activities.
• Ability to use the ERP system related to inventory moves and stock review.
• Perform other functions in the shipping and receiving process as required.
• Use a computer as needed for communications and reference of documentation related to job requirements.
• Maintain housekeeping in the areas of responsibility and support 5s activity.
• Transport goods in company vehicles between plants and outside process vendors as required.
• Package outgoing shipments and parcels as required.
• Perform cycle counting as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: Experience in shipping, receiving, material handling, and/or warehousing is desired. Forklift experience is desired.

Technical Skills: Must be capable of comprehending written quality instructions and standard operating procedures.

Other Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license. Forklift license is desired. Must be computer literate.
