Warsaw (Poland)

As a Global Graduate at SKF you will have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of industries, business functions and applications. Whether you want to make the world more sustainable, find innovative solutions for businesses or be at the forefront of technological change, SKF is the place for you! Together with 40 000 inspirational and motivated SKF colleagues around the world, you can make a lasting difference. 

Throughout the 18-months long Global Graduate Programme, you will get a broad experience from various SKF areas and a great opportunity to create a solid international professional network. You will get to know the company through international and cross functional rotations and by working on real projects. Your rotations will be individually designed based on your interests and our business needs. To ensure maximum growth, you will have mentors assigned, supporting you throughout the whole programme. 

The introduction and programme gatherings, in which you will get training within several areas (such as leadership, project management and business knowledge), are spent together with the full Global Graduate group. Upon completion of the Global Graduate Programme will have a solid platform to leverage a career within SKF.

Candidate profile

Requirements

• Engineering and/or Business degree combination with entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set and experience
• International and cross culture experiences from working and/or studying abroad 
• Maximum 2 years of working experience after Master’s graduation or in process of finishing studies but required to complete your Master’s degree before September 2025
• You are able to start in August, 2025 at the latest, located in Warsaw (Poland)

Professional Background

• Internship and/or project experience in sales/global business as advantage
• Fluent in Polish and English

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute on sales strategies for growth with senior team members
• Actively prospect, develop and secure sales with customers
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential growth segments
• Generate leads and opportunities, understand product offering, customer needs and contribute to relationship management
• Learn and understand the SKF’s modus operandi within our processes to challenge status quo
