People Operations Specialist EMEA – Automotive Business
Are you passionate about HR and eager to make a difference in a dynamic and growing team? We are creating a new People Experience Operations Centre in Warszawa for our new Automotive Business, and we are looking for a People Operational Specialist who are interested in joining the team that we will build from scratch.
In this role, you will work from the administration of HR data to improving HR processes. You will handle employee processes and requests, collaborate with colleagues locally and across the EMEA region, and maintain employee data in local and global systems. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring consistent data quality and driving efficiency through process improvements and innovations. You will also support HR analytics and reporting and take part in HR transformation projects.
Responsibilities
- Employee processes: Make a difference by handling employee processes and requests.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues locally and across the EMEA region.
- Data management: Maintain employee data in local and global systems, ensuring consistent data quality.
- Process improvements: Make recommendations for process improvements and innovations to drive efficiency.
- HR analytics: Support with HR analytics and reporting.
- Project participation: Take part in HR transformation projects.
Requirements
- University degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent education.
- Have been working at a shared service center for a few years, and have the ability to manage time, organize, and prioritize your tasks independently.
- Comfortable with using English as your primary working language, and additionally solid knowledge in German or Spanish as your second working language.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office packages and HCM systems.
- Positive can-do mindset, collaborative, flexible, resourceful, with a desire to grow, learn, and advance.
- Ability to always maintain confidentiality.

This position will be located in Warszawa, Poland. You will report to our People Business Enabler for Automotive Poland, East Europe, and Middle East & Africa, who is located in Warsaw, Poland.
