Main purpose of the role:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Operations Manager to join our Seals Sales Leadership team and drive operational excellence across the Americas region. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for optimizing sales performance. You will play a critical part in enabling our sales teams to achieve ambitious growth targets by ensuring processes, tools, and data are aligned to support high-impact selling.

The Sales Operations Manager serves as a key strategic partner to the Sales team and is responsible for enabling sales success through data-driven insights, streamlined processes, and cross-functional collaboration. The Sales Operations Manager has a multi-faceted role that touches every aspect of the sales strategy, execution, and support.

Key responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: monitorsales KPIs and providing actionable insights to sales leaders
  • Forecasting: collaborate with Sales leadership and Finance to develop accurate sales forecasts
  • Sales support: ensure the sales team has the tools and resources needed to succeed. This includes but is not limited to pricing recommendations, marketing collateral, competitive intelligence, training
  • Process optimization: streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and consistency. Ensures that processes are documented and followed by the Sales team
  • CRM Management & Data Quality: drive CRM (C4C) and other digital tool adoption and ensure accurate, complete, and timely data input
  • Sales Strategy Support: support the development and implementation of sales strategies with market insights and pricing strategies
  • Contract & Pricing Management: Support the Sales team in deal negotiation, pricing strategies, discounting processes, and contract compliance
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Finance, Operations, Business Development, and other teams to align Sales efforts with overall business priorities
  • Business Plan: Coordinate activities related to the development and execution of the annual Business Plan
  • Sales Performance Management: Track and report on sales performance metrics, create dashboards, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Change Management: Lead adoption of new tools, processes, or technologies across the Sales organization.

 

Qualification & Skills:

  • Team leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, sales support or a related role
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of sales processes
  • Excellent communication, networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and execution-focused with an ability to meet/exceed deadlines.
  • Advanced Office 365 skills (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power BI).
