Role Purpose

As the Supply Chain Project Manager for our ISEAM Supply Chain team, you will serve as the transformation engine of our Supply Chain organization. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that combines strategic leadership with technical depth. You will transform raw data into business-critical insights, drive projects from ideation to execution, and empower teams to drive operations with clarity, confidence, and precision.

This is not a back-office position—you’ll be at the heart of our ISEAM Supply Chain ecosystem, influencing decisions, coaching teams, and shaping the culture. You'll be a trusted voice in executive forums, a mentor to teams, and a key driver of our data-driven transformation.

Your leadership will elevate the analytical & technical capabilities of our Supply Chain —from tactical problem-solving to strategic foresight.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Insight Leadership & Strategic Influence

  • Lead projects that identify performance trends, uncover root causes, and support supply, demand, inventory planning decisions, logistics & warehousing efficiency improvement initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted business partner to cross-functional stakeholders incl. Planning, Manufacturing, logistics, & warehousing, transportation embedding insights into all levels of decision-making.
  • Shape and communicate our Supply Chain performance narrative—translating complex data into compelling insights for senior leadership.
  • Lead data-driven projects focused on automation, analytics, visibility, and reporting improvements.

2. People Leadership & Capability Building

  • Coach and mentor teams across the Supply Chain function to build confidence in data interpretation, dashboard usage, and performance storytelling.
  • Elevate the analytical maturity of Operations teams—fostering a mindset of curiosity, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Support the development of training, tools, and resources that embed problem solving, analytics into daily operational workflows.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies & build capability in teams on these methodologies to build a Continuous Learning organization.

3. Project Management

  • Drive seamless project execution through effective stakeholder engagement, governance, and issue resolution. Plan, coordinate, and lead project and steering committee meetings, including scheduling, agenda tracking, documentation management, meeting minutes, action tracking, and overall project status monitoring.
  • Co‑create strategies and initiatives in collaboration with cross‑functional teams (Planning, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics, Customer Service) to transform operations & drive growth.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, providing proactive, regular, and appropriate status communication to stakeholders.
  • Establish and continuously enhance efficient project coordination services, expanding service demand and portfolio through close collaboration with global teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement by developing and maintaining operational metrics, identifying process inefficiencies, and contributing to the evolution of standards, templates, and best practices to increase efficiency, productivity, and overall impact.
  • Utilize project and portfolio management tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, Power BI) to maintain visibility, enable data‑driven decision‑making, and support portfolio governance.
  • Manage, lead, and coach team member(s), supporting capability development, performance, and engagement. .

5. Transformation & Enablement

  • Drive supply chain optimization initiatives across planning, warehousing, transportation, and customer fulfilment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve Service level, Working Capital, Cost & Productivity across E2E Supply Chain operations.
  • Support supply chain network design and optimization projects.
  • Coordinate activities among Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, Customer Service and IT teams.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making across global and regional teams.

  

What You'll Bring:

  • 7-12 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Planning or Project Management.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional supply chain projects.
  • Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, automotive, retail, or industrial sectors preferred.
  • Experience managing ERP and digital transformation projects is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to influence decisions through insights—not just information.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset.

 

Technical & Educational Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.
  • PMP or Prince 2 Certification will be preferred.
  • APICS CPIM/CSCP certification (or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in data tools such as Power BI, Power Query, SQL, Python, or R.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advance AI / ML modelling will be an added advantage
